Whether you call it rice dumpling, zongzi or bakchang, you would have come across the pyramid-shaped sticky rice dumplings which people eat during the Dragon Boat Festival.
Every year, we see different flavours of dumplings introduced and this year was no different. Rice dumplings, stuffed with luxe ingredients like black pepper crab meat, quinoa, foie gras, abalone and even plant-based meat apart from the usual salted egg yolks, pork belly, and chestnuts.
