From working behind the camera to building a business in Myanmar, Jeshua Soh has taken an unconventional path to entrepreneurship.
Today, he leads Crossworks Myanmar with more than 120 remote employees while also running Shelter for Hope, which rebuilds homes for vulnerable families.
And as his responsibilities have grown, so too has his definition of success from building a business to creating something that can make a difference in the lives of others.
