Maritime is a vital industry at the nexus of world trade and the global supply chain is often perceived as an invisible industry. Yet, as disruptions such as the Covid-19 pandemic and more recent events have demonstrated, maritime, responsible for carrying more than 80 percent of world trade, has a tangible impact on our daily lives.
And right here in Singapore, the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) is celebrating its 20th year building strong public-private partnerships in the maritime industry.
