35 per cent of Singapore's C-suites regard Generative AI as a critical business priority for Singapore C-suites, and 52 per cent of them place it among their top three priorities. 

That’s according to new research commissioned by Salesforce, a leading provider of cloud-based customer relationship management software. However, the study highlighted that many businesses do not actually know how AI can add value, but feel pressured to keep up with their competitors and ride the latest technology trend.
