If milk prices rose at the same rate as medications, a gallon would cost $13. That's from Bill Sweeney, the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at AARP. He says the newly signed Inflation Reduction Act is putting a cap on out-of-pocket expenses, especially for those on Medicare D plans.
