Filmmaker, Ella Glendining born with a rare disability, wants abled people to calm down and ask what people with disabilities need.  She says the disabled should be celebrated and not made to feel less than others -- which happens in today's society.

She brings her journey of trying to find someone who looks like her to calling out 'Ableism' in her documentary "Is There Anybody Out There?" to the Sundance Film Festival.
