The Chief People Officer, Marissa Andrada, of Mexican restaurant chain Chipotle says companies need to invest in people.  And that includes everyone from the janitor to the CEO. 

Marissa helped roll out full-tuition reimbursement for employees and mental health access to Chipotle's workers, including all family members. Because "doing it alone can be daunting. You need a good support system around you."
