SUNDANCE: Ashe 68, a VR first

View descriptionShare

As America struggled with the assassinations of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr, Arthur Ashe rose through the white halls of tennis and became the first black man to win the 1968 U.S. Open tennis championship.

Directors Brad Lichtenstein, Rex Miller and Producer Beth Hubbard sit down during the Sundance Film Festival and tells host Heather Kelly about this virtual reality film which is the first to use 'sand animation' along with live actors to create this story.  To learn more about Ashe 68 here.
