Neither men or women can answer the most basic question about finances.  But, women are failing at higher rates.  Robbyn Scribner, Assistant Director of Utah Women and Leadership Program at Utah Valley University explains why.

Robbyn also has great advice on overcoming our tradition and culture of not having women understand their finances by giving tools to parents to start teaching girls, and boys, as young as 2 years of age to start thinking how money works in a budget.
