Singaporeans are feeling less optimistic about the real estate market for the second half of this year.

That’s according to the biannual Property Guru Consumer Sentiment Study. 

The study’s overall sentiment index dipped by four points from 45 in the first half of 2020 to 41 in the second half of 2020 .
