In Singapore, only one in nine listed board seats are filled by women. Research shows that the country still lags behind most western countries in terms of female representation on boards. Wong Su-Yen, Chairman of the Board, Nera Telecommunications, kickstarts the ‘Women on Boards’ series. She is also the director and advisor to a diverse portfolio of organisations in Singapore and overseas.
