Singapore’s pay gap between senior managers and entry-level employees has increased by 12 per cent since 2008, this according to organisational consultancy Korn Ferry. 77 per cent of the 58 countries analysed saw a widening pay gap across all regions, with the average increase in Asia coming in at 15 per cent across nine countries.
