Singapore-based hedge funds assets under management have almost doubled since 2016 - to $48.7 billion in 2020. 

And while the solution in the past may have been to recruit talent from traditional hubs such as Europe or the US  - They are looking to boost their local base. And some are starting young - in fact, as young as 16 years old.
