Tim and Des focus on all key aspects of Manhood including subjects like finding faith, dealing with pornography, drug abuse, depression, substance abuse, suicide, husbandhood, fatherhood, stewardship, work/life balance, and more.

18 Principles for Men - Part 1 - 7-8 February 2026

This week, on Momentum,  we talk with Gerry Hudson on ???Following Jesus when the world is pulling the other way???. Gerry Hudson grew up in England, of Irish parents, and came to Australia as a young lad.

He lived a tumultuous life based on alcohol, drugs, and violence for many years until he had an encounter with Jesus through his sister. Gerry and his wife, Keelie, were totally transformed over time, with Gerry becoming a teetotaller and has remained so for over 30 years.

He has been a Pastor in Northern Territory and Brisbane , and for many years he and Keelie drove a ’Christian’ bus around Brisbane hiring out Christian videos and books around the suburbs as a ministry.

Now residing in Port Macquarie, they are both actively involved in a local church community, and Gerry takes every opportunity to reach out to people with the good news of Jesus.
