Kyle, Bryan and Sarah had a chance to talk to Nina-Antonette Passalacqua-Psarros, the vibrant and beloved former owner of Nina’s Ristorante in Raleigh—a cornerstone of the local community and a home away from home for the Carolina Hurricanes.
