Eating well, exercising, relaxing, sleeping, learning - all of these things are necessary for us to live well, however these are the things that we often cast aside in order to get stuff done for work or family or whatever!

In an effort to encourage more 'me-time' Jane and Stacey have come up with the #flamingochallenge. This involves carving at least 1/2 hour out of your week - every week - where you do absolutely nothing!

Then, to prove that you have completed this task, you need to post a photo to Instagram and hashtag that proof with #flamingochallenge!

'Miss Bossy Boots' is the perfect avenue to embrace their leadership skills and to interview other inspiring business leaders from a huge range of backgrounds and share their uplifting stories. 

The Miss Bossy Boots podcast will be a fortnightly podcast after a saturated launch period of two weeks and will cover a range of topics to help encourage other women to lean into positions of leadership in their business, in their community and their industry.
