Paul urges believers to put off anger, wrath, malice, and slander — and put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, and above all, love. Even when you feel you don't have the strength to, God has all the strength you need.

Prayer: Father, we are weak, but you are strong. Thank you for giving us your word so we can know how to live in a way that honors you. But more than that, thank you for giving us a real relationship with you that breathes life into us when we can't do it on our own. We love you. Help us to keep our eyes on the things above. In Jesus' name, amen.
