The flu season is starting early this year and it expected to me worse this year. They are expecting a worse system because people are not wearing mask and over the last couple years, people have not been getting the shot during COVID. There are two types of the flu, A and B. Majority of the cases last year were A. There are a of similarities between the flu and COVID, cold like symptoms, runny nose, fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, stuff nose, fatigue and sometimes vomiting and/or diarrhea. The flu will have a higher fever and quicker; COVID will be lower and slower. September 1st the flu shot became available and it will take a few weeks before it starts to work.
