May is mental health awareness month.  Mental health taking care of yourself emotionally overall.  Kevin has five pillars of mental health, light exercise, nutrition (pay attention to what you are eating), meditation (be present), community (find your people), and therapy.  Mental health is taking care of yourself, mental illness is when people can just not take care of themselves.  Celebrities are talking more about mental health and that has been helping others to see that it is ok to talk about it.
