A trip to my local Kia Dealership reminded me of the importance of taking action. Using the recent Masters Golf Tournament as the "itch" I reminded the service manager that  without taking action (the scratch) he would continue to "itch" for a long time. I guess the saying "If not you, who? If not now, when?" is a good segue into today's reminder.
