Now on Australia. Roban Nights needs some help and wellbeing advice, Russell said, right is one of Australia's best known madrapat and herbalists, and he's waiting to take your calls.
Wonderuble three six nives three.
Russell was just looking at the Travel and Luxury magazine. Here just a little bit the lift out from the weekend papers. The Happy City Index is named Copenhagen the happiest city in the world in Denmark. So Copenhagen followed by Zurig Singapore. And there's Aarhus which is also our house, which is also in Denmark. So there you are what makes you happy? They're interesting and where you live matters and sorry.
Russell, wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen.
All right, I'd love to get to. Yeah where there's something about Copenhagen. I don't know this song actually, maybe that's something for our list we'll play. We might play that the news Benny with Russell singing in the background. It seems like a well, it's obviously he's got this writing of a happy place.
I don't know.
Whether it's the people or the views and things. But have you been to Copenhagen, Russell.
Yes, a long time ago, but I had been there. Very friendly people I found. Was it the happy that I find the happiest person? I think I found Bavaria around the near Austria, and there were the infests and the October Fest. I found them very happy people.
Defining happy is an interesting one too. It talks about the environment and the economy and also look, we've spoken about this two ways of finding little snapshots of happiness in your own life and your own mental health, no matter where you are in Copenhagen or in a suburb here in Australia.
Look, it is, but you can make it yourself, can't you. If you want to be sad, you can certainly push that along. If you want to be happy, then you look the brighter things in life. You know. I think Monkey Pipon did that, didn't you look at it?
That's right?
Yeah, that's a fun song too, okay, one double three six nine three.
Yeah, we've lining up it to fill up with song.
That's right. But we do do a bit of a list as we get towards you know, in a few hours from now.
We occasionally play a song one double three six nine three This is the voice of Russell set Right, our natural path and herbalist, and this segment is health and well being, So we're here for you with those questions on one double three six nine three. Chocolate covered strawberries more than just fun food. So it's the berries and the types of chocolate you're choosing their Russell, Well.
It is absolutely and very important. And I thought chocolate cub of strawberry was a good one, but in this study they looked at strawberries and berries and dark chocolate. We've often talked about the benefits of dark chocolate, but this study was a good study and it looked at it quite conclusively. So therefore I looked at some other studies to see if it made a big difference, and they back it up again, which is great because I like to see some happy things there. And I thought chocolate cubars strawberries added to that, and they found that people who ate those, but that doesn't mean you sit down with a block of chocolate a day, So that's very important that we look at that as well. But the message was that if you're going to have carbs in your diet, then keep the carbs down low could lift your protein up a little bit and get into the plant based nutrients, the phenoles that are in these strawberries that are in the blueberries that are in the dark chocolate, and they may protect or help protect your well being in life.
And the frozen blueberries and those sorts of things, if they're snap frozen, that's okay. They sort of keep their goodness.
They do, absolutely they do. And I looked into that because you can't always get them. So therefore I do have frozen ones there. And as I've said before, I do eat blueberries with everything that people say, how do you have cold blueberries with warm food? And I said, quite easily. You know, someone has a cold drink with warm food, or warm food with a cold drink, or the other way around. But you know, in these studies which I was most impressed with with eating these types of foods, was a sixteen percent lower risk of all cause mortality in it, and that ten percent lower risk of cardia vascular disease and a lower risk of diabetes and restiratreating diseases. So I thought, well, surely we can enjoy the odd chocolate covered strawberry along with some blueberries and get some benefits from that they did include apples in that as well. So an apple a day keeps the doctor away. So that was in that as well.
Yes, here do you put it in because you eat a little blueberries or in a salad? I don't know, but you can put apples and pears and a salad. I used to cut that.
When I was really eating.
I should do this more and more, you know, a healthy salad even with you know, some rocket and some you know, some bigger salad leaves and some olive ore and then cutting a pair in there for the sweetness if you train your palette in a way, because you know, if you're eating really sweet stuff all the time, you do taste the sweetness of the blueberry or the pear in your salad.
You absolutely do, and you get that variety in flavor. And we did that. My wife actually does have a lot put little sometimes kiwi fruit in a monthster as well, and it really does add to the flavor. We've got to get away from this. You've got to have hot vegetables with a hot meal. You don't you can actually mix the blueberries. And in their study, I think it's important too. They looked at having a mug of green tea as well. So we looked at the amounts you're having, and here we go. Two squares of seventy percent all great dark chocolate, a small apple skin on fifty milligrams, a handful of strawberries and blueberries and those mixtures which we have talked about, and sit down with a cold or and I like cold green tea as well, or a hot green tea.
Right, so two squares, yeah, the green tea. You spoken about that, and say, good fear. Two squares of the dark chocolate. So you have to just don't reckon. You wouldn't eat it all in one. You'd sort of just I just I don't know.
A little bit. I've seen people do these.
Actually I'm thinking, are they anting chocolate because I'd sort of inhale it, but they've learned to just you know, just can't describe it, but.
Just chip away at it slowly and enjoy the two squares. You can do it.
I guess you can do it because it's real chocolate. That junkie milk stuff. I wouldn't have that, but it doesn't really melt in the mouth. You can actually bite it a little bit off that square and chew it up. And enjoy that. It's got a little bitter taste to it, which I enjoy as well, and it goes well with that food. Actual we have it, and you know, if you want to head it up, you can storey all your blueberries in it. It's really tasty.
A few calls coming through one double three six nine three in the text line zero four double seven six nine three six nine three. Betty is on in the on the line in East Hills, Sydney.
Hello Betty, Hello, how are you?
Russell?
Yeah?
How's everybody?
We're going well, Betty Russell's listening for your question.
Russell.
I've recently not been feeling well and I went for a CT scan and they've got on their report I've got apparent coronary archery calcification involving the left anterior descending left circumplex and the right coronary arteries. Is un serious.
Well, it's not good to have.
Oh no, it's not good. I've got two stints Russell too. I had them ten years ago to two stints in my army.
Yeah, why did you have those? Did you have pain?
Or I was seeing I was getting chest pain and I went to a cardiologist and they did lost tests and everything was okay, and then they found something and they sent me to Royal Prince Alfred and they did an angiogram and then I found that I had the needed two stints.
Did they give a score on that one? I don't suppose they did, because it's said did they give a score?
No, they haven't. They just said that I've got they found the calcification, and I've got bio Boco del boco lix hernias by a lattery I don't know by latter or I can't even.
Buy it either side. Okay, Well, let's look, you've got that. You know you've had it, you've been and you've had some stents put in because there's a problem that way. And the idea is what we can do about calcification of the archery. Taking vitamin K two helps with where the calcium goes in your diet, so calcium is moving in and out of your bones, and your dietary calcium floats around in the blood spleam and it goes to the bones, it goes to the organs of need calcium. If you've got too much and it doesn't know where to go, it can deposit in the arteries and cause calcification of the arteries. Vitamin K one, vitamin K two help with the utilization along with vitamin D and also magnesium. Now, if you low envitamin K two, then calcium tends to be more deposited in soft tissue around the arteries than moving in and out of bone. So what I suggest is taking a vitamin K two. Run this by your cardiologists. I know that doctor Ross Walker, who's also on our network, would mention K two a fair bit as well for calcifications, and that's something I would certainly support. And make sure you're calcium levels that you're taking everything you eat it's got calcium in it or supplements you add it up. You don't want it to be more than twelve hundred milligrams a day, and you don't want it to be less than six hundred a day. But I would suggest that taking a K two supplement along with talking to your doctor about that of course, and watch out to the calcium that you're having in the diet and making sure you're getting magnesium. You get magnesium out of nuts is a good source of magnesium if you're not getting a good dietary source, and sometimes a supplement's a good idea to get that magnesium up and vitamin D are absolutely essential, not only to utilize and draw up calcium, but actually how calcium is utilized in the body. And if it's that dumping in the arteries, it's not being utilized correctly. What we've got to work at fixing. So doing all those things will help. Of course, have you got diabetes or under any other risk factor?
No, no, I've got some little things growing on my liver twenty. I don't know what that means. I don't know.
I've just the best idea. I know you've you've probably got your app from it you can get when you get the catscan done, you can go online and look at it before you see your doctor. So when you go to your doctor for the results of that app which you've got, you ask those questions and he will give you the accurate answers to those. You can mention that I mentioned K two and magnesium, vitamin D and getting that intake of calcium correct and I'm sure you get the right answers and on the right track getting that under control.
Okay, thank you, Betty.
Browser and net and Justin will take your calls out of the spray and also a few messages coming through on Australia every night Health and well Being with Russell set right Sunday morning, twenty second of June Australia every night on pat Panetta. Russell sept rides here as well, the best known netropath and herbalist and he joins us every Sunday. We take some calls. Now, Sue, we'll get to your text. I've seen your text there soon and I know you want to answer and that one. We'll do that after news for you. So that's only ten minutes or so away. Firstly, Breisier is on the line today.
Breiser, Oh, I.
That's my voice. Then again Russell, before I get to my question about sunspots, which is the Russell question. Big day and cost today? Was it a Harvey Norman had the big end of yew fine to a year and I just hang around the Lions Club sausage sizzle and then on the recommendation over the other. And that's another networking. I was on the radio. I bought a slashy machine.
You bought a slashing machine, Russell.
Russell was talking about blueberries. Five percent of our blueberries come from cross Harbor too. They do look blueberry cocktails, specially cocktails.
But wow, during the.
Week I got to get rid of the big banana. Put the big blueberry there.
That's right to have a blueberry comboe we can do, baby said bananas. We have the big banana.
But I love har blueberries with they come and see you enjoy those blueberries. Okay, so big day and coughs.
But also, yeah, tell us what are these sun spots there? Bro said, we weren't about you. What's what's the question?
Well, Russell that during the week there was a bit of controversy about some of the SBS weren't weren't putting the right things on their on their product. But I rang the doctor being the skin doctor because well putting sort of a bit mature. Sometimes you get the sun damage over the years before we had those things. Anyway, went to a doctor then, yeah, I said, on one and the option was to freeze it off. But he looked at him back on one's ears and a few spots, and he said, I'm going to recommend a few decks or that type of chemical they put on and burned his officer. Yeah, he said, you want to cheat one or the expensive once I said the cheap one and that was sixty dollars. Anyway, Yeah, quickly, the side effects of some of that particular thing. There are certain side of things. A lot of doctors that recommending that that chemical thing, the chemical pearl burns. So I'm asking Mussell his opinion on before I proceed. And you put it on a night time when you got the sleeper, then okay.
So we're pushing up the gains to break here. But we've got a minute and a half to you.
So what we've got various chemical burning or they can do it with freezing it off. I think freezing off is probably the best way to do it. That's up to the doctor and briser to workout. But after the news, let's talk about some supplements that can help prevent the formation of these in cancers that have been in that what's called a Phase three which is a full double bland receiver control trial done in Australia. And let's get some information out of that the browser, because we can't put it in between now and the news.
No, you're right, okay, so we'll do a break. That's a good one.
So we'll talk about those supplements when it comes to your skin and helping skin cancer. There's a message here that I know Sue wants us to address, and a few other calls, so we'll take a break, return with news and continue with Russell set Right Health and well Being in Australia every night now on Astraight.
Your over nice means of help and well being advice. Russell set Right is one of Australia's best known madrapath and turbalists and he's waiting to take your calls one.
Double three six highs three.
Seven past one and Russell, So let's talk about supplements when your skin is exposed to the sun and to help with things like of course you know the harsh sunspots and skin cancer is if supplements and food we can think of around that, please Russell.
Yeah, well there is, and I think we need to look at skin cancers being something that you go to your doctor if you respect anything, and you get their really good advice on it, because early detection, early cure and very good cure rates if you get to it early. Don't say oh look, I don't think I worry about that. If you can see a moral changing or anything changing in the skin get expert advice on that. That's very very important. But other things that could have an effect in reducing the incidents of skin cancers, well, there are and there are studies that's shown that mess studies in Australia. One of them was what's called a phase three clinical trial was done illustrated that goes back nearly ten years twenty and sixteen, and it found the people who took nicotinamide that's vitamin B three but not nicotinic gains, the nicotinamide or niacinemaids some people call it, that they had a twenty three percent lower incidents of basal cell and scormal cell carcinomers and the kytosis, which is what Brasier was talking about. But it had no effect on melanoma. So it's not the cure for cancer, but these common skin cancers that seem to reduce the incidents and those that took it. Again, there were some more studies in twenty seventeen and then twenty twenty two there was a systemic review that looked at all of the studies and again that backed up the fair skinned people in high co uv cohorts, which of course is Australia, found that the B three supplements did make a difference, so it's worth while considering that. The talk it over with you, doctor. But I think the message that we're looking at prevention is the answer to skin cancer absolutely if you get it, if medical treatment straight away, don't mark ground that part of that direension along with slipslop, SAP and all of the things I mentioned. There is vitamin B three taken as directed and discuss that with your healthcare professional because there is good clinical evidence behind that.
Russell set Right Health and well Being in Australia Overnight our regular Sunday morning segment taking your calls. Russell is a naturopath and herbalis one double three six nine three. Now a message here, Russell.
Both of my.
Lips are continuously peeling when I'm out. I have tried lip balms and vasoline. Nothing is helping. I keep wiping them with a wet one. I'm now wearing a mask when i'm out. This is very distressing and socially isolating. I'm sixty. I hope you can help. So there's a message there for your Russell. I know it's without notice, but you're excellent with these sorts of things. Can you think of anything which might help the situation.
Well, cole Weather definitely can have an increase risk because it's dry air and that can increase the risk of the lips peeling. Licking your lips actually can make a breakdown some of the barrier and cause irritation and feeling. So some people unconsciously lick their lips suck them in a liquid. You've probably seen people doing that, So lip balms can help, especially, but fluoride in the two space can also cause problems, so to be careful of that as well. Vitamin B group so if you're taking a vitamin B and zinc has been shown to be lacking in people that go as little cracks in the mouth, and I would suggest maybe a vitamin B supplement which is a combination one and zinc because in Australia dietary zinc is down a bit low unless you're having lots of voices. There's a bit low in our soils and many people don't get enough. So it's a combination of many things that can cause that the licking of the lips. The dryness occurs a dietary lack of vitamin B group and zinc and can contribute to that, and some exposure as well. God of what'spp when you're getting older that the sun on the lips can cause problems. So they're the main things to look at. But there are other causes that maybe fungal inceptions, for instance, some autoimmune diseases, but that's probably fairly rare. If you've got a problem with that, naturally see your healthcare profession, your doctor and and talk to them. But give that those other ones that I mentioned to try and see how that goes.
And that's been very patient and that's in Ballarat. Hi there, Russell's on the line for you.
And nette O pay.
I saw here you both going.
It's going well, we're going well, thank good.
Listen, I've got to cruise for your Russell used to go out of soap operation in this car. Disappeared well ahead been for quite a while. Yeah, it's kind of reappearance, you know, I mean it disappeared. Was going on for other cards and that's good. And then there the scars come back. So I don't know what's called to come back.
I missed it was a staple operation. You're saying that ago okay, got okay, And then.
Number two all got a Berni out and I'm a four figured woman. When I was big undernoying him now you couldn't see it wasn't very problem. But now I'm losing the way. It's sort of making itself known and it looks bigger. And the main appointment for a doctor for next week, so he's going to good a form. Me some bit concerned that it's showing itself and me, you know, when I was bigger, couldn't hardly see it. And there the way it's disappeared slowly on sort of showing itself.
A couple of couple of questions there. I didn't hear what you had in the first one before we get to the erney. What was that first one you had?
The first one is the operation?
Right? Okay?
The scar has reappeared. Okay's had an operation. They've used a staple to do that operation and the scar has reappeared.
Did you saying it? So it's come back and you want to see if you can somehow?
Oh, I don't know, Russell. Is is there any way of doing that getting rid of the scar?
No?
You can't, real well, if you can soften it up. Vitamin E cream, vitamin e oil. You can make your own with apric or kernel oil and add vitamin E to it with a capsule and rub that in. That will help as well. From that area, that's probably a good idea. But if as you said, it was a staple, make sure that staple isn't coming out, well there's a stitch coming out of that's the case. Now back to your doctor and get that removed, because that can happen. I've seen that happen before. Now. The other thing when you talk about hernia is is hernia is everywhere. It's ignoral hernia and bioclea hernia, hiatus hernia. Which type of hernia is it?
Do you know in it?
No?
Just not.
It's on the stomach and it's a very uncomfortable sort of thing, and I don't like it. Not just god it wild because when I'm bigger, you couldn't see it. I was kidding on the head one. But now lessen wait you can see get the weaker.
Okay, Well in the stomach area there's a couple there, the embarko hernia in the middle and down on the left and right sides down near the grond area, and relacal hernias can be in that area as well. Now there's something that you need to discuss with a specialist because sometimes they require surgery. If they get hard and painful then and you can when you push on them, they don't go back. So if you give a bit of a push and it goes back in, that's good. But if it doesn't go back and you feel like getting hard and painful, then that's something you even go to the hospital directly with because they can be quite dangerous. They can become much called strangulated hernia if they are not cannot be reduced. So if you're getting hernias, you see your doctor about that, do you see a specialist about it, and they'll give you advice. There are hernia belts that you can get depending on where your hernia is that that can be a support. But that's with the recommendation of your specialists on that one. But just warning with anybody if they have got a hernia and it does come out and it becomes hard and extremely painful and that's worse and it doesn't go back in where it normally does, then that could be a medical emergency. Is best to go to the hospital have that chip out straight away.
Thanks. Annette. We'll get through these callses. Robin Blackburn today.
Rob okay, Rob, good morning, Good morning gentlemen. Monnie Ruthill affect you natural underarm deodor? What do you recommend for that? Because the normal so called normal ones and plots they irritated, will irritate me the time, you know, not every time, but I get a fair bit of irritation from those, though. I've got to not use them. Use preps, a lot of body lotion that's for sensitive skin or something like that.
Yes, I've said somebody I mentioned to this to me the other day, saying that I shouldn't use the stuff with the chemicals and there I should use an alternative.
So this is interesting. What do you reckon, rustle Well?
Zinc ones can help. I don't like al aminium because it can be absorbed in the body, and al aminum is a toxin and it has been linked with neurotoxicity, which is Alzheimer's disease. So I don't like the use of aluminium at all. But the silver you can get silver bacteria antibacterial ones that go under the arms in roles. I know, I don't know. I think Nivia make one that can send me some samples. But I might be wrong with it. I'm not sure, but there is definitely one with silver, and silver is an antibacteria. When you put it to silver anywhere, it prevents bacteria from growing. Back in the old days, long before my time and your time, Pat, I used to put a silver shilling in milk to stop the milk, to keep the milk lasting wrong them when they delivered it. So they had the big containers and they pour it into the people's houses when they give it to them in their buckets, and silver was put in there to help prevent the milk going off as quickly. And I use silver impregnated filters in my water supply so when it stops, if there's any bacteria there, that bacteria can't multiply. So there's a lot of evidence about silver, and yes you can get it, and that's the one i'd recommend.
Okay to check it out. Thank you. Rob. Justin's in Frankston, can I justin?
Gooday?
Guys?
Are you how are you.
Bock?
That's all right now.
My mum's asked me to ask you because she's a bit shy of asking other people there SOM's my mum suffers from seizures and if she doesn't, she and she also suffers from iron proficiency.
Now is there any other medication that she can take and will it help her not get any headaches from that as well? Too?
Get that rustle okay and iron deficiency. She should be taking an iron supplement if that's the case, to build that up. We'll find out why there's the deficiency. Is she got any bleeding anywhere that needs to be looked after, so they get down to the bottom of it. The best form of iron is red meat that contains hemine and he minus is very easy absorbed into the body and utilized. Non hemine, which you find in your lentils and vegetables and grains, is not very bioavailable unless you take it with vitamin C at the same time. Otherwise it's thirty percent of it is not absorbed. So it's very important to have vitamin sea rich foods that there's your berries and oranges and pears and so on at the same time as you would be having your grains to get that bio availability from the iron. Taking iron supplements sometimes causes problems to some people, mainly in constipation and in stomach pains. There are different ones available. It's a matter of trial and error, but you talk that over your healthcare professional to find out which is the best one. But the first thing is to find out what's causing that. Make sure you've got to the bottom of what's the cause of the iron deficiency. In severe cases, the doctor may recommend that you actually have an infusion. You go to the hospital for about twenty minutes. I infuse the iron gets your levels up and that normally doesn't have any side effects, but that's up to your medical practitioner and your mum together. But trying the different supplements, go to the pharmacy and see the one that suits. The pharmacist can also advise on that the suit the one that's best suit your mum to take.
There you are thank you, justin. We've got Heather on the line after the break as well, and we'll answer this question. I'll read this before the break and get Russell's response after we take a break. Russell set right one, double three, six, nine and three Health of well Being. Rod wants to know I take two thousand milligrams of fish oil cap nightly. Would that do me any harm? I? Says Russell, and the text will answer that and your calls after this. I'm Pat Panetta, big bed bustling Benny Boys behind the glass there in the booth, and Russell set Riders, our natural path and herbalist as we take your calls the weekend edition of Australia other night. So the text line is zero four double seven six nine three six nine three. I'm getting fitter. I am losing weight, Russell. Can you hear me puffing and puffing? They've just run back in the studio.
Ah, and I mean.
Now, hi, Russell. And we mentioned this before the break. I take two thousand milligrams of fish oil a cap nightly. Will that do me any harm?
Two thousand milligrams asked to ride on the text there, Russell.
Look normally anything under three after three thousand milligrams a day is fine. I would recommend three for people that are sufferings ready conditions to give that anti inflammatory effect, as it works extremely We all that way, so one to two one a day is usually enough to make up for deficiencies that you've got. I don't have that deficiency because I eat fish and I have fish regularly through the week, so hopefully I don't need to take the supplement. But if you're not having fish four times a week or so, it's oily fish then and one to two a day is okay as your normal Making up to what's missing three a day, I would say is we're getting to the therapeutic dose now. The only thing that I would say wat's out for if you're taking blood dinners such as warf it can add to the effect of warfaring slightly. So you can not naturally do that in conjunction with the doctor, because they do testing to see how that's going and make decisions on whether you should take it or not take it. The big thing is that they always discuss its upplements with your pharmacists as well, who knows what the doctor has described and can help you work out will that go with the medication you're taking that Usually that does. It's quite okay, good for your heart, good for your brain function, it does have some anti inflammatory effects, and it's good for iron skin. Hot.
Heather's on the line, God, I.
Heather, Oh, hello, And I just want to know is it rasselas? Yes? It is. Yeah. Everybody's telling me about you know, different stuff. But what I want to know is I've got basil silk casinoma, I think, And I've had one operation where they went and did the flap. I don't know if you're following me, and then they oh, and they took some took off the nostril, and they put part of my cheek to make a nostril, and they did a really good job. Now the other thing is what I want to know, what the hell? What does basil seal carcinoma? Does that grow? Is it the roots that grow into your eyes, your nose and and endure whatever?
Or what?
What? What actually can happen to you? Is it like a real bad thing or what? What?
What the hell is it? Russell?
Okay, Basil silk us anoma is a skin cancer. It's very common and it usually doesn't spread. And I say use it. Some people will say no, it never does. But I've always taken a cautious approach to anything. So it normally just grows and can be invasive of that area where you get things like melanoma that actually can invade other parts of the body and travel around the body and then spread to different organs and as potentially fatal of course if not treated. Very early. Basols or carcinoma is needs to be removed, and if you don't remove it early enough, it then grows into tissue around that area like it did with you, and to remove the whole lot and the roots and all of the parts of that skin cancer becomes difficult and therefore requires plastic surgery to cover that up. But any skin cancer, as I meant before, if you see any spots, anything changing, any molds, I mean, colors, any itchy, go and get it looked at professionally, because early diagnosis is early treatment, and those things can remove very quickly, very early, and very very successfully. Basil cell cast number is one of the ones seemed to be less prevalent in people who had adequate vitamin B three nicotinic acid in the diet, and they did that with a supplementary trial that was cause a PHA three clinical trial, which is against percebo, and they found good results with that. So talk to you doctor about that too, whether that is something that can help prevent reoccurrence in other things. But just to explain that to you, it's not the same as melanoma. It grows in that area, It normally doesn't spread anywhere else except that particular area where it's growing there.
You are good on your head, the look after yourself well, thank you, Russell. Lots of great calls. Winter Solstice. The official day was yesterday when the sun was tilting the most most away. Sorry that the earth from the Sun's so the shortest day and the long snipe. But I guess it's going to stay cold and dark for a little while as we start to extend the days. So I hope it isn't too cold and dark where you are, Russell.
No, that's right. Well, pasmonia is just it ends at what's to call something dark? It seems when the solstice comes in they have a big celebrat.
Oh, yes, they do the Mofo festival. Yeah, we spoke about. Yeah, you go to a nude swimming in the river yesterday morning, was all.
That's right, that's a sight you don't want to Well, I.
Wonder I thought that because it was in the little you little bulletin that we get here, and I thought, oh, the news cameras will be there. I guess it'll be up somewhere. Everybody jumping in the river, you know, and you know, enjoying. Well, we've spoken about the cold swims before. Yeah, some people really enjoy doing it. It's invigorating for them. So there you are the winter solstice, and it'll be a bit cold and wintery, so keep warm.
Now we've got your song there.
