As Braves turn corner, team channels 2021 vibes

View descriptionShare

Many Braves fans have been without being able to watch the Atlanta Braves on television since the Spring. With Bally and Comcast reaching an agreement this past week to bring the Braves back to the cable company, a lot of fans will be tuning in for the first time in several months. A lot of things have happened in that span of a few months. Superstars Ronald Acuña Jr, Michael Harris , Ozzie Albies, and Max Fried have gotten injured and were placed on the injured list. Old faces have found their way back home in the likes of Adam Duvall, Jorge Soler, and Luke Jackson. This is a completely different team that got hot in the month of April, and they even find themselves in 2nd place in the National League East division. looking up at the Philadelphia Phillies. The Braves have a sub-.500 record since May 1, so fans have not missed a whole lot, in fact, several fans are probably glad they they have missed so much heartache. But hopefully the Braves are turning things around just at the right time. They are coming off of a road-trip that saw them win four of five after surrendering two straight to the Mets to open the series. Matt Olson is heating up, as he hit four homeruns on the road trip, and Austin Riley and Marcell Ozuna continue to hit the ball well. It is actually a very good time to be able to tune in to television to see what the Braves are doing. Andy Bunker and Randy McMichael talk more about recent surge of the Braves, and what this may mean for their playoff chances.
