One farm being recognized is the Schlintz Dairy Farm, owned and operated by Elizabeth and AJ Schlintz. The farm is in a picturesque location just north of Bangor in La Crosse County. Elizabeth, AJ, and their son Avery share the history of their century farm, the only one in their valley.
