This year, some of Wisconsin’s influential agriculture organizations experienced turnover within leadership roles. This has included the state’s largest farm organization, Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation. We meet one of Farm Bureau’s new faces, Chief Administrative Officer Bradley Uken. He started back in February, and there’s been several new appointments since then at their offices in Middleton. He addresses both the challenges and opportunities with having a handful of new people leading the organization in various roles. But we start off with his initial reactions to Wisconsin agriculture and how it compares to his home state of Illinois.
