That was a topic discussed openly at a Merck Animal Health forum in Appleton.  Michelle Kohls of Gillett didn't expect to be back at the home farm, but it's become her profession today and one area she focuses her skill set on is employee management.

Kohls studied at UW-River Falls, but after graduation, she found herself sharing a dairy future vision with her dad - at the home farm.  To make it viable, and allow for a quality of life she valued, Kohls and her dad knew employees were going to be critical to their growth.  That's when Michelle found one of her areas of interest - people.
