The Mill Creek Watershed is located in Portage and Wood Counties in central Wisconsin. It covers approximately 32,548 acres starting at the city of Marshfield and flowing east/southeast to Stevens Point where it joins the Wisconsin River.
This area is primarily agriculture - but as our guests point out, it's also an area where people enjoy water sports and a lake lifestyle.
Listen in as Rick Georgeson, a member of the Petenwell and Castle Rock Stewards (PACRS) and John Eron from the Farmers of Mill Creek, share how they met and how they've come to work together - bringing other farmers and lake home owners along on the journey.
