October 15th is National Cheese Curd Day!  Everyone loves those squeaky curds whether they are fresh or fried.  Wisconsin is also home to the nation's only Master Cheesemaker of cheese curds, Steve Stettler of Decatur Dairy in Brodhead, Wisconsin.  Farm assistant, Aaron Zimmerman caught up with him to learn a little more about cheese curd production in Wisconsin and why the curds are so popular!
