When you head to the county fair this summer, you can support young producers and stock up on meat at the same time. Andy Geiss joins us, third generation of Geiss Meat Service in Merrill and president of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors. You’ll run into a lot of these meat processors during fair season if you’re purchasing cattle, pigs, or lambs from a meat animal sale.
