Each year the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin host their Dairy Insights Summit to talk about hot topics in the dairy industry and overall food industry as well.  Farm director, Pam Jahnke visits with Shelly Mayer, Executive Director, about what topics are on the dock for this year's summit and what attendees can look forward to.

When we hear the phrase "red meat," usually we think about beef or pork.  It may be a little less common to consumers, but lamb is actually gaining lots of ground in the US marketplace.  Aaron Zimmerman visits with Pete Camino of the American Lamb Board, who shares why there has been such an increase in demand for lamb and how things are looking for the industry.

There's always activity going on in the biofuels industry.  Whether it is ethanol or biodiesel, technology continues to advance.  Farm director, Pam Jahnke chats with Brian Coker of the Wisconsin Biofuels Association to get an update.
