When things have been so difficult for so long, finding a way to be optimistic can seem to be a big challenge.  For farmers, being an eternal optimist can almost seem to be a part of the job description.  Lately in the dairy industry, tepid optimism has begun to float through conversations.  Karen Gefvert, the Executive Director of Government Relations for the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation talked more about what some of those rays of hope for the industry are.
