Pam Jahnke visited with Wisconsin Department of Transportation Assistant Deputy Secretary, Joel Nilsesteun, about where current application levels stand.

Nilsesteun says that any completed application that isn't funded in the first round will automatically be considered during the second round of evaluation later this summer.
