Today, the program has over 19,000 graduates across 38 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Co-CEO and Wisconsin farmer Doris Mold says the inaugural class of 10 women met in 2003 in Illinois. Since then, it's impacted graduates' farms and lives.
