The Professional Provident Society (PPS), in collaboration with Human8, has released its "Women in Wealth" report, offering key insights into the financial behaviours and needs of South African women with four-year and postgraduate degrees. The report also addresses unique pressures faced by many women, such as "black tax" and the "sandwich generation", which complicate financial planning. It calls for more inclusive financial education and policies that support economic growth for women.

The findings highlight both the challenges and opportunities these women face in the financial sector.
