The African National Congress (ANC) in the Western Cape has called on the City of Cape Town to ensure that hospitals and schools are not affected by the three-day water outage hat kicked in on Monday.This comes after the metro announced that several areas in the city would be without water pending maintenance of water infrastructure network on the Cape Flats.Clarence speaks to ANC Western Cape spokesperson, Khalid Sayed.
