The R2 Billion Granger Development- Construction has commenced on The Granger, a R2-billion mixed-use development adjacent to the DHL Stadium in Green Point, Cape Town. Strategically positioned between the city’s central business district (CBD) and the Atlantic seaboard, the project occupies one of the last major undeveloped sites in the area. The development, supported by the City of Cape Town, is a joint venture between two industry heavyweights - The Devmark Property Group, headed by Executive Chairman Hein Ehlers, and The Feenstra Group, led by Group CEO Pieter Feenstra.
