The mayor’s case against rent control falls short - Kiasha Naidoo is an Associate Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of the Western Cape. She is also a Doctoral Candidate in Philosophy at Stellenbosch University and holds a BA in Political, Philosophical and Economic Studies from Stellenbosch University.
