It's been another bloody weekend on the Cape Flats with least 22 people dead and 16 critically injured. Communities living in fear as gangs continue with their campaign of urban terror. Police & Law Enforcement seem powerless to stop the slaughter. Masizole Mnqasela, president of the Alliance of Citizens for Change has proposed a radical strategy to try & curb the violence.
