With his adorable low-rider legs, sparkling eyes and head-turning good looks, Samson is five years young, full of fun and bursting with bounce. He was handed over to the SPCA when his family relocated — but he hasn’t let that dampen his spirits. Nope. This boy’s tail still wags like it’s got a motor!
