Let us introduce you to Daffodil — a tender-hearted lady with a name as soft as her spirit. She’s around 8 or 9 years old, a beautiful Labby cross who came to the Cape of Good Hope SPCA through our Inspectorate. Life hasn’t always been gentle with her — but she’s still blooming with quiet hope, just waiting for someone to notice her. Daffodil isn’t the type to leap into your arms or barrel through the door with tail-wagging chaos. No — she’s the slow-blooming kind. The kind of dog who’ll take her time, lean in gently, and one day rest her head on your knee like she’s always belonged there.
