The National Shelter Movement of South Africa (NSMSA) - which provides critical support services to victims of domestic abuse and GBV across the country - has expressed its deep disappointment with the lack of mention of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) rehabilitation and support funding in the Midterm Budget Speech delivered by Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana this week.
