The rights of persons with visual impairments have just got a little bit better due to the Constitutional Courts new ruling, which grants the visually impaired access to reading, learning and other materials and to replicate these in ways in which they can read and listen.
E.g. conversion to braille, larger font and audio; without having to seek copyright permission. COSATU welcomes this new ruling and we have Mathew Parks on the line to chat to us about this now.
