๐ก๐บ๐ธ ICYMI: Maryland House of Delegates District 4 Candidate Jason Keckler Joins Tim May LIVE at The Great Frederick Fair
Tim May is broadcasting all week from The Great Frederick Fair, sitting down with candidates from across Frederick County. Regardless of party or political affiliation, WFMD is giving candidates the opportunity to introduce themselves, discuss the issues and let listeners hear directly from them.
This time, Tim welcomed Jason Keckler, a Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 4. Keckler is one of three Republican nominees for the district in the November general election.
Keckler brings a background in law enforcement and public service, including a career with the Frederick Police Department and service as a Maryland parole commissioner.
During the conversation, Keckler discusses why he decided to run and the priorities he wants to bring to Annapolis, including public safety, mental health and substance use treatment, fiscal responsibility, vocational training and education.
He also talks about his positions on school choice and parental access to curriculum information, along with his approach to policies he says could help reduce costs for Maryland businesses.
๐๏ธ Hear Jason Keckler explain why he's running, how his law enforcement and public-service background has shaped his views, and what his priorities would be representing District 4 in Annapolis.
