π‘πΊπΈ ICYMI: Maryland House of Delegates District 4 Candidate Alleria Stanley Joins Tim May LIVE at The Great Frederick Fair
Tim May is broadcasting from The Great Frederick Fair, sitting down with candidates from across Frederick County and giving them the opportunity to introduce themselves, discuss the issues and let listeners hear directly from them.
This time, Tim welcomed Alleria Stanley, candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 4, to talk about her background, why she's running and the experiences that have shaped her campaign.
Stanley is a retired U.S. Army veteran who served for 20 years, from 2003 to 2023, including a deployment to Afghanistan. She talks with Tim about her military career, transitioning while serving on active duty and how those experiences influenced her commitment to public service.
Now, Stanley says she wants to continue that service in Annapolis. She discusses her work in veterans advocacy, including serving as Vice President of the Transgender American Veterans Association, as well as her perspective as a mother of five and a Frederick County resident.
The conversation also explores some of the issues Stanley says are driving her campaign, including public education, economic stability for working families, privacy, constitutional rights and ensuring residents across Frederick County have a voice in state government.
ποΈ Hear Alleria Stanley discuss her 20 years of military service, her advocacy work, why she's running for the House of Delegates and the priorities she would bring to representing District 4 in Annapolis.
