We are joined by they newly appointed Mayor of the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro from ANC, Babalwa Lobishe, who replaced the National Alliance’s Gary van Niekerk, who resigned earlier today in accordance with an agreement reached with the ANC. We will talk to her about her plans for the Metro. Van Niekerk will now serve as the deputy mayor. This means that the ANC is now in charge of the metro.
