Activists continue to raise concerns about SASSA’s transition from gold to black cards
as millions of beneficiaries are yet to replace their gold cards with the new black cards

cards. Recently both SASSA and Post Bank came under fire from MPs after they expressed dissatisfaction about long queues, coupled with the slow service that beneficiaries experienced.
