Pr. Eng, MSAIEE, BSc.Eng, M.Eng, Prince 2 Practitioner, holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT), with a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria.

In 2017, she was a finalist for Woman in Power/Water in the Africa Utility Week Industry Awards as well in the Standard Bank Top Women Award in 2015.
