Sanlam, which is Africas largest nonbank financial services group, says it will join Discov-ery in imposing mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations for all staff from 2022. It also did say that wont fire workers who refuse the jab. As you know, Discovery said recently that it would make it mandatory for all staff to be vaccinated against Covid-19 as of January 1 2022, with CEO Adrian Gore saying the company needed to take a stand to combat stubborn hesitancy that has hampered the countrys vaccination drive.

Now, there are possibilities that this might spread to other companies. And, even though as a country we need to be vaccinated but what are your rights as an employee?
