Suga Free is back to tap in with KDAY Morning Show co-hosts Cece and Romeo, and this time he came through with his friend and collaborator Kokane.
Repping as the Pomona legends, Suga and Kokane worked on a new album throughout the difficult pandemic and their latest offering is just the beginning of what fans can expect. Admitting that the pandemic has been a challenge, as Kokane and his family experienced the illness and recovered, the new album is a testament to the duos' longevity and good energy they have in their music. Not wanting a lot of features on their 'SugaKane' album, the project features production from the likes of Ant Banks, and many more, but it solely came together from their own work.
Suga Free and Kokane go on to discuss their realities of the importance of getting vaccinated, share their love to Mike Epps for his support, explain why the late Eazy-E deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and much more.
