David Charles Grusch, a former combat officer in Afghanistan and an Air Force veteran, has come forward and filed a whistleblower complaint to Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) on classified information that he insists proves the recoveries of partial fragments through and up to intact vehicles have been made for decades through the present day by the U.S. government, its allies and defense contractors. Grusch claims that these extraterrestrial crafts are of non-human origin and were retrieved through classified programs that have been concealed within multiple agencies nesting UAP activities without appropriate reporting to various oversight authorities.

Grusch served as National Reconnaissance Office’s representative to Congress’ Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021 and later as co-lead of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) analysis and its representative to the task force, which was recently renamed the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. As a veteran officer, he also met with senior and former intelligence officers who confided in him. These officers provided him with decades of secret craft retrieval programs information that had been concealed within various agencies and never reported to the UAP Task Force. He revealed that the Task Force was not aware of it and that the crafts retrieved were of non-human origin.

Grusch insists that the partial and intact vehicles recovered have been analyzed and are of ‘exotic origin’. Material Science testing has determined that the vehicles have unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures. When he filed his report, he disclosed that the material includes both ‘intact’ and ‘partially intact’ vehicles. Materials testing also revealed that certain recovered vehicles have unique signature materials indicating that they have non-human technology.
