Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has made a brief statement regarding her ongoing investigation into the actions of former President Donald Trump. As part of her investigation, she is considering a fourth indictment against the potential 2024 presidential candidate.

Willis plans to present her case to a grand jury this month, which has been the result of her two-and-a-half-year examination into Trump’s alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Notably, Trump has already pleaded not guilty to separate federal charges related to his alleged attempt to hinder the certification of President Biden’s victory through Congress.

During an interview with FOX 5 Atlanta, Willis expressed her preparedness for the upcoming grand jury proceedings. When questioned about Trump's other federal indictment for alleged election meddling, Willis shifted the focus to her investigation in Fulton County, stating, 'We are concentrating on Georgia and matters that had an impact within the state.'

Presently, Trump is confronted with three indictments related to his handling of classified documents, hush money payments, and his attempts to reverse the 2020 election results in Washington, D.C.
